Rohida Farm A2 Desi Cow Bilona Ghee is made using the traditional Bilona method — the same slow, hand-churned process passed down through generations in rural Rajasthan.

How it’s made:
Desi Cow Milk → Curd → Traditional Bilona Churning → Makhan → Slow-Cooked Ghee

Unlike commercial ghee made by directly heating cream, our process first turns milk into curd, then hand-churns it in a wooden madani to separate makhan (butter), which is then slow-cooked over a low flame into ghee. This traditional order is what gives our ghee its distinct grainy texture, deep golden colour, and rich aroma.

Where it comes from:
Our ghee is sourced from indigenous Tharparkar cows, raised on farms across Rajasthan, allowed to graze freely without synthetic hormones. We work closely with the farming families who continue this tradition.
